On a bright day when i go inside why is there a green tinge to everything that I can see?

It is also hard to focus properly. If I try and read a letter the words apear to be green...please explain!x

Green is the opposite color of RED.  You should probably go to an ophthalmologist to have them check your eyes to see if you may be suffering from retinitis pigmentosa.  This problem can be controlled with diet.  The best thing is to get tested first to see what is causing this effect.
