  1. It signifies the amount of bounce on the club.  Go to Google and find out what bounce is on a golf club to determine what is the right amount of "bounce" in a wedge to best fit your game.


  2. one dot low bounce. great lob wedges. unless very low handicap , not advisable on 56 degree wedge. 2 medium bounce. for gap wedge best choice . great tight fairway. as well as rough . 3 dots 14 degrees on sand wedge. fluffy sand . deep green side rough . softer fairways. one dots skilled players. two dots okay. three dots . private courses . not for muni courses
