On a night of heavy drinking, what should i eat during that way?

  1. pizza, and drink LOTS of water. like one between each beer


  2. no no no dont eat junk food high in salt! it will make you more dehydrated. eat foods with high water content, like watermelon, cantelope, honeydew, etc.

Try to pace yourself, first of all, maybe substituting a glass of water or other non-alcoholic drink between beers.  Second, make sure you've eaten a good dinner, usually something with fat, protein and carbs to help slow down the effects of the alcohol.  Eating thru out the evening is a good idea, remembering the above combo.  Chips, salsa, dip, taquitos, nachos, sushi etc. are all good options.  Drink lots of water when your evening is over and get enough rest to avoid the dreaded hangover!

  4. I hear drinking a cup of milk coats the stomach. However, I have avoided hangovers and sickness by drinking tons of water throughout the day and make sure I drink water b4 going to sleep. good luck. and be safe.

  5. If i was you after heavy drining

    I'd eat food along wiht the drink (Iut causes you to be less drunk)

    Also a drink of water before you go to bed (Or you will ahve a serious hang over)

    Hang overs are only cause by the brain being thristy ( Achol dehidrates you)

  6. eat greasy foods. Like fast food becasue it coats ur stomache with grease which makes the alcohol absorb a lil bit slower. Go to Long John Silvers!
