  1. About 290 or so.  It depends on the compression setting on your camera as well. Check out this site:


  2. well, my 8.2 megapixal camera has a one gig card and it holds around 396 pictures on it at the best quality level. this is on my point and shoot. i also have a dslr and it holds like 350 pictures at the highest quality.
