On a scale from 1-10, how good of an intermediate snowboard is the burton punch?

I would not recomend any Burton boards for intermediate riders. They might make the most boards, but they're not the best. They make good bindings though. I recomend Lamar(Sims), K2, and Ride.

I've been teaching kids for many years and many of the best riders I've seen have been riding the Burton Punch, Ride Impact, and K2 Mini Zepplin.

I think if you are spending more time in the park it would be a good board - if you are more interested in carving then go with the a Ride or K2 board
