  1. England you can always pass on the right.

    US? Depends on the state.

some states is is always legal to pass on the right (on a multilane highway), others never.

    .

  2. all depends where your from<

  3. In Ohio the answer would be "b". Providing you can do it without the vehicle's tires leaving the paved portion of the roadway, and there are no signs prohibiting it. Translation: you can't drop down into the ditch to go around the vehicle. Of course the safe course of action would be to just wait it out. The vehicle making the turn might realize they made a mistake trying to turn and proceed straight ahead, colliding with you while you are going around them.

  4. depending on the region you live in this may be legal at all times or not. anyway if you drive on the left side (as i assume) and the road has two lanes, there is nothing wrong in passing the vehicle on the right if the other vehicle is driving on the other lane. this is not practically the text book "passing a vehicle" as you do not go over the middle of the road into the opposing traffic lane.

  5. Most people would say that B is the right answer, but they are wrong. You cannot pass on the right for any reason.

  6. <<<<<<<B>>>>>>>>

  7. The answer depends on local laws. Some places yes, some no.  But the most important consideration a driver should make is this: can it be done safely.

  8. B.  Nothing wrong passing from the right lane when the maneuver is safe.

  9. The answer is B in Texas and some other states I am aware of,Had a State Trooper say it was ok.

  10. b.

In situation a, you are supposed to pass on the left in the U.S. and most other countries where one drives on the right.

In situation c, it would be very dangerous to pass on the right, because the car would hit you when it made the right turn for which it is signaling.
