i was wondering... it says you get a free delivery if you spend over £15 is it still free if you buy the used items on there or not??

They charge their own postage and packaging.

Try Play.com as they have free delivery and are often cheaper.

I tend to compare the two.

No, those used items come from Marketplace and the sellers will give you a postage price. Free delivery only applies to Amazons stuff.
