On an Iphone, is there a way to transcribe VoiceNote recordings into a sound file on my computer?

I record college lectures with the Iphone on Voicenotes and I want be able to put it on my computer so I can jump to different parts of the recording instead of having to listen to the whole entire thing play.

I found jott notes very useful

The only problem is you cannot record for very long :-(

Take a look at that app, you may like it

It is always a compromise.
