on approvimately aug 25 i discontinued my net zero service. at that time i was to receive a free 2 month norton service. i did not want that and i told the lady that but it is still on my computer. i called he twice. she kept insisting it was a free service for 2 months even tho i explained i did not want it. can you remove it and make sure i do not get charged for it next month when the free 2 months are up. thank you for your help. eleanor at [e-mail]
