  1. $1.00

  2. Most bigger cities have race shops that would do it for you.It would probably cost 1500 to 2000.

  3. These two companies specialize in Rally cars.

    www.cp-racing.com for gear and

    www.Saltamotorsports.com for cage work.

You're looking at $3,000 for a minimum cage that meets current rally america rules.  It really depends on what you want to do from there and how bare the car is when you bring it in.  A full FIA WRC style cage will run $5,000 with papers.

  4. Many fabricators charge around $1200 for a simple 4 point cage. Up to $2000 for a full cage. Look for a fabrication shop in the local yellow pages. They aren't exactly common unless you are near a major city. Get a rule book for the division you plan on running with. Make sure your cage is built to the rules.

  5. Google your city and state and "race car fabrication" or go to a race and ask others.

You give no details on your car but I guess an average would be about $1500. You also need a six point harness and a good helmet with a cage another $600 or so.
