It is excerpted from Tigerstyle's Nachna Onda Nei (a remix of Ice Ice Baby (itself sampled from Bowie/Queen Under Pressure) as well as Billy Jean with a  bit of Bhangra thrown in). It is on their album The Rising.

Cracking stuff: kinda sorry they didn't win - maybe should have had a new stunt for the final. If you catch them on YouTube, cringe at Piers Morgan getting down with it. What a twanny.
