On button hunt 3 how do u pass the boss encounter #1??

i have a windows XP computer and when i right click on the box and go to the button the yellow part goes back to the blank box HELP!!!!

when you get to the boss encounter #1 you have to put your mouse in the empty box and then right click then go to the box with the circle and click on the circle very fast!
