On cell tech why my stomach is..?

looking like a gut today i drank plenty of water while lifting. and all so why does my stomach look like a gut? will it make me fat?

if u drink a lot of water it can make your stomache blaod out becuase its full of water it usual goes down in a few hours....or whenever you pea it out. but it wont make u fat.
