On club penguin account my daughter cannot earn coins!?

please help my daughter is a member and when she plays a club penguin game the computer freezes and she can't collect coins. We have tried different computers---still no coins!! please please help?

same thing happned to me but after a week or 2 it came back on and now it has happned to me again

try a new account.if she was aiming for a certain number maybe she got the highest amount u could get so it didnt let u get more
