No, ebay regulations ban the selling of tobacco on the site, also remember if you buy offline, you are responsible for paying the state tobacco tax on them and states have been known to go after them/

You won't find any because they are not allowed to sell cigs on ebay.

I'm afraid not my man.  You are not allowed to sell cigarettes or alchohol on ebay (although you can get round the alcohol one, by saying that the auction is for the bottle/presentation case and any contents are merely incidental!)
