  1. i dont think that is possible

  2. Contact them and tell them what price you will pay right then

If s/he agrees, make your bid, which s/he accepts

The less popular the item the easier it is to do

At times, the seller has the same item not up for bid, yet

  3. if no one has bid, they can end the auction. if someone had already bid, it's too late.

  4. They can either add a buy it now for you or they could end the auction and you could send the funds via paypal for example and deal privately but i wouldn't recommend that. If you are both willing, the best thing to do is ask them to add a buy it now for you.

  5. Well first the person has to agree on it. If they do they could cancle the aution or else you are just going to have to bid higher or wait for another of the same thing to show up on ebay and buy it then

  6. Most people on ebay wouldn't do that because in actuality they could make more from the item if they let people continue bidding on it..but I know some people do it anyway, regardless of the fact that they are not suppose to. If the person have offered to let you go ahead and buy it, just do what they tell you to do, if they won't do it, just continue bidding until you win...It's always better to put in your highest bid and if someone bids higher, wait until the last 2 or 3 minutes of the auction and but in a higher bid.

  7. I think its against ebay's rules, but all the seller has to do is take it off of sale.  Then you two email each other and work it out.

  8. you would have to contact them {by email } and ask if they would sell it to you for the price you suggest.

  9. They aren't supposed to do that.  Some do, and some post in their listing not to even ask them to do it.
