On ebay can I post a link to another auction that isn't mine?

I am selling something on ebay that I just recently saw that someone else was selling the same exact thing. What I want to do is to set the "Buy It Now" price a little UNDER what the other auction ended at in hopes of getting someone to purchase it quickly. Am I allowed to do this?
