On ebay when you buy something do you get a confirmation e-mail or something to tell you, you bought somehing?

or won the bid? i won something but dont know if i actually bought it. it said it will shpi within 2 buisness days and its been like about a week!

Ebay is excellent at keeping you informed on exactly what has happened every step of the way.

You should get an email saying yes you won this item, and then ask you if you would like to pay now if the seller picked paypal as an option.  The seller can list several options for payment, check, money order, wire transfer, paypal, and sometimes more.  

It should say in the item description and the listing payment options.  You can view if you have paid in your My ebay page.  Just winning doesn't mean they will ship it to you, they have to receive payment first.  So just check your my ebay page and the $ symbol will be highlighted blue if you paid online already if its not blue then their is no record of payment being sent or received.  You can always send the seller an email and ask!
