  1. u will have to go to transfers and swap him from free agents to the team that you want.

    you cant cheat by getting his stats better but when you play manager mode and on player growth put it on auto and after a couple of games he improve. Carry on doing this and you will be fine.


  2. When you created him did you not have an option to pick what team he goes on?
