On flickr why do people sometimes name their photos day 2/345 or something similar?

Just wondering if it has any significance whatsoever. I've noticed a lot of people do it.

They are probably doing a photographic series where they take a picture every day for 1 year.  So, day 1/365 would be the 1st day of their project and 365 is the number of days in a year.
