I am learning a Japanese song called Minna no peace ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YyCiPHtGx5E ) But the guitar tab I found has power chords and after them are rows of x's like this :

7 x x x x x 5 x x x x x 3 x x x x x x

7 x x x x x 5 x x x x x 3 x x x x x x

5 x x x x x 3 x x x x x 1 x x x x x x

This is someone play the song using the same tab http://josh.agarrado.net/music/anime/index.php?searchterms=minna+no+peace&srctype= I would also like to add the fact that I am using an acoustic guitar.

  1. those are muted. you simply mute the strings and strum and it will produce a chopping sound.

  2. They are just muted. If you are not sure what i mean, the chords are not fretted! Don't push down on the strings. Lay your fingers across them and play the chord to get a "muted" sound. If you have any questions please let me know. I play as well.
