If you mean chronologically, then Angel moves to LA at the end of season 4 Buffy I think, there are millions of Buffy-ites who will probably give the exact episode but I think it is season 4.

Angel left 'Buffy' at the very end of Season 3, so his show began at the same time as 'Buffy' Season 4.

When they were originally broadcast on television, each 'Angel' episode was shown immediately after each 'Buffy' episode, so it makes more sense if you watch the first episode of 'Buffy' Season 4 then watch the first episode of 'Angel' Season 1 etc.
