On hitman blood money, how do you take knifes into the next mission?

On hitman blood money, how do you take knifes into the next mission? Say you found a knife in one mission and you want to keep it for any other mission. how would u do that.

you can't. weapons don't 'carry over' from mission to mission. Maybe you find  weapon and you can buy it for the next one but they don't carry over.
