On imdb.com what does it mean when it says Twilight (2008/I)?

I mean why is there and I after 2008? if you search for Twilight it says that and i just wanted to know the reason why.

The /I means that there is a second entry Twilight (2008/II) This is usually when there are more movies made with the same name in one year. It sometimes happens.
