The shop I'm working at is a Kawasaki, Yamaha shop, and I we don't have any Harley manuals. I know changing fork seals isn't a hard job, but I need to know the various torque specs, and fluid levels. So, If you know anywhere on line I can find the info I need, you'll get 10 points!

  1. why yes, here you go http://en.allexperts.com/q/Motorcycle-Re...

  2. Here's a link to a Clymer Manual that covers all of that

    http://search.ebscohost.com/Login.aspx?l...

It probly will require a log-In.

Use the word LIBRARY in both spots.

Once you are logged in ,,,select

    "Small Engine Repair Reference Center"

    Then select "Motorcycles "

Scroll down to "Harley Davidson" and click it.

On the list of models,,,,You Probably need

    "FLH/FLT TWIN CAM 88, 1999-2005 "

    (Road King is a FLHR)

    Or,,the other one

    FLH/FLT TWIN CAM 103, 1999-2005

    There's a section listed as

    "QUICK REFERENCE DATA "

It has most of the Bolt Torque figures,,,Fork Oil capacity, etc

    Good Luck,,,hope that helps
