On millsberry how do u walk your dog and how can u get into your hot tub?

i have an account on millsberry.com and i dont know where to buy a leash for my dog because it says in the book u need to walk it? and when u buy a pool or hot tub can u go in it or is it there for decoration??

Everything is decoration including the animals.  All you can really do is click on it, then play to get 1 civic point.  That's it.
