On my 360 page in the edit personal photos there is a box w/ a red x in it...how do I get rid of it?

Nothing shows in the browse box when I've tried selecting an actual photo, but the box w/ the red x shows no matter what.

  1. with editing images on 360, you have 4 images to use, sometimes only three for personal images, and the four is yahoo avatar default, the idea that you mentioned on image , but it is only a red X suggest that you computer doesn't have the right browser plugins, or they are corrupt,

    you could try deleting old cache and cookies first from temp folders or browser options, this could be in part that images like jpg are not formatted correctly to convert as jpg, and may need to re-edit images,

    there may be other causes, like spyware or firewall blocking, but the red x suggest image is not image for web use, or plugins are not compatible,
