  1. um i am goofy and i have a Burton and i don't change my bindings and everything, i just ride with the opposite foot leading.

  2. The nose and of the board and the tail of the board have different shapes and flexes. You can certainly just ride the other way, but you wont have the benefits of the flexes. The board can also have a set back, where the whole binding setup is moved back a couple mm or cms to have better powder floatation and less rear leg burn. If your board is a twin, both flexes are the same (are is usually centered), so you do not need to move them, and just ride on it the other way.

If you dont know if your board is Directional or a twin, then i would suggest changing the bindings around. it is fairly simple.

Take the bindings off and switch the left binding with the right binding and turn it so the bindings face the other edge of the board, and s***w them back on. Burton has this special "3d" hole pattern on their boards. They function the same way, and some people dont realized that if you turn the disks around, you can put it in between the 2 triangles facing the same direction. There are 4 places where you can s***w each binding.

Here is a picture to help you with that if you dont understand:

  3. basically you're just gonna ride the other way around. however, you might want to change the angles of the bindings and switch them around. for example if you ride 15 deg front, 3 deg rear, and you dont switch it you would be riding 3 deg front and 15 deg rear. so just change the angle on them

  4. dont change the bindings, just change the direction of your feet.

on regular, your left foot is forward/ points dow. on goofy , your right foot is forward/ points down

  5. depends, if your board is twin ( same distance from binding to tail and binding to nose) then you just do a 180 and your riding switch. if your board is a directional board, which is where there is more space between the nose and front binding than the back binding and tail, then you need to take off your bindings and make it that your front foot(which is the binding placement with more space between nose and front binding placement) is your right foot. adjust stances as needed.

    good luck

  6. take a screwdriver and you can rearrange the bindings that way (by unscrewing them and putting them to the formation you wish to have)...or go to a ski barn or any other snowboard place and ask them to do it for you (for a relatively cheap price)

  7. All you need to do is turn your right binding pointing more to the right! its as easy as that...It should have a little plate thing in the middle of the binding that can pop out just adjust that to the left and s***w it back down!
