On my Motorola MOTORAZR2 V9 the key pad will work when i text and dial numbers but when i try and delete my?

vocie messages and stuff on the phone that the recording asks me to please press one now the key pad dosent work so i cant call cingular or motorola because i cant press keypad to do the numbers and i cant find anything on the att or motorola sites

If you phone either Motorola or your network provider and don't key when asked, they will recognise this and put you through to someone anyway. I can't actually work out what the problem might be, so would suggest phone either one or the other. Maybe try sending an email as well? Just in case you can't get through on the phone. They will either reply to your email via email or by phone.
