  1. You can sue her insurance company for a lot of money.

I advise that you do this.

That is why all of us pay $billions into the insurance industry. The pot of money is sitting there for you.

Call an injury attourney. There are hundreds of them in Austin right in your yellow phone book. ANY attourney will be VERY interested to hear your story. They get about 1/3 of the take. That is why an attourney will be interested in your case, so if you are awarded say, $100,000, you get $67,000 and the attourney gets $33,000.

No one looses in this case!! The money that we all paid to the Ins Co's is there waiting for you.

  2. She "spots hit" you? I am not familiar with the term. The flashbacks are from the drugs. Lay off them. Good luck on getting rich from this. It must beat working for a living.

  3. You contact her insurance company and report the loss to them.  They will guide you through the claims process.  No need to start suing anybody.  Also, should you think that you need to sue, you sue the driver and the owner of the vehicle, not the insurance company. They were not legally liable for your injuries.

One final thing, your alleged post traumatic stress claim needs to be documented.  You will need to provide the insurance company with a medical report documenting allegations.
