On my bottom right toolbar the icons are stacked vertically and not horizontally. how do i change it?

also the blue bar at the bottom is now twice the normal size than it was.

CLICK ON ARRANGE ICONS AND ALTER THE SETTINGS

click near icons and right click your mouse..

RIGHT CLIK TOOLBAR REMOVE CHECK MARK TO LOCK TOOL BAR .....DRAG BAR DOWN AS WELL AS ICONS TO PLACE THEM BACK.............

Just put the mouse pointer on the boundary and drag it to where you want it.

Right click your start bar, click propeties and uncheck lock toolbar, then put your curser on the top of the start bar and drag it back to 1 small line then check lock toolbar
