  1. It depends on how old the bindings are, and also where you bought them from. Although Burton make some very good boards there bindings arnt up to the same standard. I had some Burton Freestyles a while back and they didnt last long at all. I would recommend Ride bindings as the best currently available, not only are they super stong but they are very good value for money as well, Good Luck.

  2. It's always harder if you don't have a reciept, but I would call Burton customer service and see what they say. How old are the bindings? You'll probably have better luck if they are from the current  season's lineup.

  3. Not quite sure but it sounds like you broke your highback--youre best bet is to go to your local shop (more likely to have luck at a board shop than a sporting goods chain) and see if they can hook you up.  Chances are they will be able to get something for you for either free or very cheap (<$20) since the freestyles are very popular and have pretty cheesy highbacks (also most likely the reason for your dilemma).  If that doesnt work for you just buy better bindings--freestyles are great but they are a very flexible binding and in most cases wont offer the support/responsiveness that intermediate/advanced riders need.

  4. How old is it?  Picture of the break?  You might be able to get them to send you the replacement backing if it's only that.  Anything more than that probably isn't worth it to repair.  Just get a new pair.  Burton's the biggest company and can therefore support a great warranty, but not having the receipt might complicate things.

^that's all I can think of to do.
