On my deathbed, will Michael Phelps record of 8 gold medals in one Olympics still stand?

he will get 10 in 2012.

Probably.  It took 76 years for Mark Spitz to come along and get 7 and another 36 years for Phelps to get 8.  I don't think I'll live to see it, but if I do, I help they treat Phelps better than the way they've treated Spitz.

I think in 2012 he will beat the record. MAYBE to 9 or dare I say 10!
