On my ds lite, my R and L buttons don't work. Why?

sometimes they get stuck u might have to clean it or sometimes it just depends on the game your playing because some games u dont need those buttons

well, this has happened to me before! and they only work on certain games that require it. like if you have a game boy advanced game. mostly gba games use theL and theR buttons! hope i helped my brother explained it to me so i just typed but he told me it likea year ago so the credit goes to him but mostly me for remembering it! hope i helped ttyl!
