  1. Hasslebeck. Eli is to streaky. He could get you 40 one game and -4 the next

  2. Hasselback.

    Why?

He has a better matchup Week 1 playing against a sub-par Buffalo Bills secondary.

In fantasy football you need to look at week to week matchups, not the entire season.

  3. Well I think that it would be best to start the healthier QB.  The fact is that you have two QB's that can win games.  However I think that since Eli won the super bowl and made some big plays I would go with him, just to see if he is still hot or not.  The last thing you want to do is start an injured QB.  Sure hey may play but he is not 100%.  Go with the QB that is 100% because he can give you more production.

  4. drop both and pick up rex grossman!!

  5. Eli.  He has a lot of GOOD receivers.  Obviously Plax (arguable top 5 WR in the NFL), and Toomer who had some of the more important catches in the play offs last year.  Not to mention Steve Smith and Mario Manningham from Michigan.  Manningham could have went 1st round if it wasn't for his troubles with the law.  Look at the emergence of Ahmad Bradshaw last year, same story.  Reese picked him up late in the draft and ended up making a huge impact in the last half of the season for the G-Men.  Look for the same with Manningham.

Matt Hasselbeck doesn't have the WR core that Eli has.  With out Alexander or a decent RB he doesn't really stand too much of a chance.  The entire success of the passing game relied on Alexander's success on the ground.

  6. Tough one,but i'll take Eli because he's got big targets like Plaxico Burress and Amani Tommer...I think Hasselbeck and the Seahawks will have a down year and may even miss the playoffs.

  7. Manning

  8. Eli's Stats from last year: 297 of  529  56.1%  3,336 yards 23 TD's  20 INT's    73.9 Rating

    Matt's Stats from last year:  352 of562   62.6%  3,966 yards    28 TD's  12 INT's   91.4  Rating.

I'll take Hasselbeck. Manning has played terrible throughout his career. And only gets a consideration because he played decent one time in the playoffs.
