On my vista sidebar the feed headline isnt showing up how do i download the feeds? ?

i dont understand why the news headlines arnt shownig up

If you mean the RSS one, there should be a yellow and orange symbol in the middle. Click on it to activate it. Move the gadget out onto your desktop to make it bigger, and click on a headline to see the full story. There's a page scroller at the bottom of the gadget.
