On myspace, why dont comment boxes work?

it says

Invalid Friend ID.

This user has either cancelled their membership, or their account has been deleted.

anybody know comment boxes that do work?

this is because you just copy the code straightaway without changing the friend id. you have to copy your own friend id in order to make the comment box work...

1. go to your profile... copy your url... from the url you should get something like this:

http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fus... user.viewprofile &friendid=2644795

so, in this url... it states that the friend id is 2644795... you take the friend id and change the code of your comment box... just change the friend id!! dont touch the rest :P

they dont work because you have to renew them alot.

make sure you put in your friend ID.

that's probably why it's not working.

copy the coment box code to your about me,

then save it

go on your page and on your address bar look for friend it and copy

the numbers, go back to edit profile and look for the comment box code

look for where it says "friend id here" delete that and put in the

friend id, then save
