    Place that code into any of your pictures captions, you only need too put it in one. Replace where it has INSERT COLOR with either a text code like red, blue, green etc. or a hex code like CC6699 for example. You can choose your own color here ;

    For a picture, place this

    <body background="URL_TO_IMAGE ">

    into any picture caption. If the URL doesn't fit because it's too long you might need to go to http://www.tinyurl.com , which has a cool ability to shorten your image's URL...
