On non reporting probation for a POM and got a ticket for a Minor in Consumption of Alchohol?

I got arrested 3 months ago for a POM and got 1 year non reporting probation. Next week is my court date for my new ticket of a Minor in Consumption of Alchohol. What can happen? I live in Michigan. Can i get my probation changed to reporting or am i going to jail?

You will likely get a chance at Supervised Probation. But the judge may figure you had a chance and screwed it up in just 90 days and send you to jail..This is a  new charge so it will be an additional probation, not just changed to sup. probation. Are you ready to go to jail? Hope you're in good shape, you know those are not just make believe stories about what happens when you go to prison......Good Luck

You should have enrolled in an alcohol program for teens. Your going to have to show the judge that you are trying to straighten your self out in exchange for getting a break.
