On norton i want to unblock something. How to i get to my personal firewall?

I cant find it. I know how to unblock the site when i get on it. But can someone explain how to get to my persaonal firewall.

This issue is usually caused by a problem with your installation of Norton Internet Security.  Using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, click on the following link and carefully follow the instructions in the document to change settings, run LiveUpdate and then scan your computer.
