Question:

On one of my groups, a member is not seeing emails. Most of which are Yahoo. What can I do to help? Thanks!

She's having a problem seeing certain groups members emails. All Yahoo accounts. Is it something in her computer settings or with Yahoo?

  1. I think it would be yahoo and not anything to do with her computer....What I would suggest is possibly having her try an alternate email address....if she has a second email address have the group mail to go to that one at least for a little while just to see if she can receive the group messages.

    It's possible that they could be going into her spam folder, or maybe shes got something set up in her email that blocks her from receiving group mail. It would be hard to tell without actually talking to her or you and getting a little more detail about it. You are free to message me on here if you want and I will see what I can do to help you. I run a few yahoo groups myself and have seen this problem happen before.


  2. if they're going directly to her e-mail, they could be in her spam or bulk folder. if this is happening on the group as to where she is not seeing them, it is her browser and not yahoo.

    it more sounds like her server or provider issue conflicting with somethingonher end than a direct yahoo issue
