On pokemon diamond, where can i get TM13-Ice Beam,TM35-Flamethrower and TM24-Thunderbolt ?

I'm sorry I cannot be more helpful, but I only know where flamethrower is. North of the small town with all of the flowers, it requires surf, go up the stream and you'll come to a building containing shifters that change your direction when walked on. When you get to the middle, the man gives you  TM35. I hope I helped.

i think i know where tm 24 is found. Go to valley windworks and surf behind the building..
