fly to the entrance of victory road and fish with super rod. its kind of uncommon..

You can fish with a super rod but luvdisc is kind of rare so ill'd reccomened transporting it from another game or trading somebody ofter wi-fi if you dont have wi-fi fish for it

Well, the most easiest is just to transport them via Pal Park with pokemon ruby/sapphire :D

But yeah, go to route 224, or the waters at the pokemon league and fish there with a super rod. And are you looking for heart scales? xD

You could find plenty in the underground at eterna city :3
