On pokemon diamond if i use the super experience code from my action replay will my pokemon still gain evs?

yes but you will gain random EVs just like normal unless you battle the right pokemon

he'll gain the evs but it wont have the max ev on lvl 100 if you keep using super ex code so fully ev train him THEN use the super ex code
