On pokemon diamond or pearl how do you do wi fi on pokemon gts?

hello does anyone know how to do wi fi on pokemon diamond or pearl i have pearl LOL my friend has a blaziken on his diamond he got it on pokemon gts how do you do wi fi on it with pepole around the world plz tell me

You need to have wifi first, which can be set up using a router or usb connector and have it set up as an access point. Then, in your game you need to have gotten the first badge, return to Jubilife City and you should be able to go in and use it, but you can only trade for pokemon you have in your pokedex.
