On pokemon emerald how do you catch pokemon with out fail?

its difficult but apparently if you say gotcha while the pokeball is wriggling it will catch without fail

hold a when you throw the pokeball then when it shakes press l anb r ant the same time the pokemon needs to be at least 30 hp left
