On pokemon emerald how do you get all three starter pokemon without trading and an action replay or gameshark?

Wonder spots are some footprint marks on the ground. You need to enter a gameshark code to activate them. There is also the mystery gift, activated in a pokemart, but i don't know how they are related.

first u use a repel any of them is fine then go to route 111 and go to the grass till someone comes on u he will offer u the rest of the 2 pokemon

you cant it is imposible and you cant finish the pokedex without trading, so you should try and buy a link cable, ruby, sapphire(yes both are needed!) then trade!

Just Go To Prof.Birch After completing Pokedex and He will Say that ur A Great Trainer and he Then gives You a ticket To A small Island go to that island and Move Around The Grass And the Prof.birch will come and say so you have made it and then he will take you to a secret cave and Tadah there will be all trhee  starters in 5 level.
