On pokemon fire red when you play it for 60 hours to get shiny pokemon.can i turn the game off.

don't listen to the c**p jokers tell u. there's no such thing as playing 60 hours to get a shiny pokemon. u could start the game rite away and find a shiny pokemon. i played for 50 hours and found a shiny slugma in mt ember. it just takes a lot of luck to find one. u find a shiny in a 1/8192 of finding a shiny. i just got lucky. so just keep searching, and u'll find one!!! also, don't just go looking for one. it might just pop up. i was on my way to catch moltres in mt ember when i ran into a few pokemon and wasn't even paying attention to it. i would've killed it if i didn't see it. u never know when it's gonna come up. funny thing is i was looking for a pokemon with slugma's ability to hatch eggs faster, and i saw it. another funny thing is i was looking at it's page at serebii.net!!! lol coincidence?
