On pokemon pearl where do i get a Pokeradar???

ive seen all 150 pokemon but where do i get it ???

After obtaining the national dex, go to the pal park and prof oak will give you the pokeradar..i forget which route pal park was on, but you have to surf south from sanddgem town

Beat the game, and then have a complete Pokedex to upgrade to the National Dex. After that, go meet Professor Oak at Pal Park or in Rowan's lab,and he'll give you PokeRadar.
