On pokemon pearl where do you get a pokeradar??

i have seen all 150 pokemon where do i get it??

go to sandgem town and go talk to professor rowan, he talks then professor oak comes in gives you the national pokedex and then professor rowan gives you the pokeradar I know you get both, but I can't remember the order they give it to you cause its been a while, but it doesn't really matter

if u seen all 150 Pokemon then go to tweleaf town and go to professoreser Rowan and talk to him and he will give u a pokeradar and a national dex.

okay then go to professor rowan and he should talk on and on about stuff... idk its been awhile so i dont remember what he said but he opens pal park and gives you  a pokedar
